Everyone I know who has tried to shed pounds, some of us for years and what nearly seems like it is our life’s mission, looks for that special tip, secret or diet which will eventually do whats promised. Although not anymore because I learned how to Lose Weight Without Dieting. Truly, I’m significant. And perhaps that’s been part of the difficulty all along diets.

Think about when we were kids and were healthy or when we were teens and lived normally. I say usually because it’s not ordinary to continually think about what to eat, the easy way to shed some weight, is this going to make me fatter, feel good or bad and on and on and on. To shedding the pounds without calorie counting is not difficult and its actually pretty straightforward. Unwell take that back its really simple. My girlfriend told me about something her sister did to shed the pounds without dieting and I was skeptical but so darn curious I just had to check it out. I mean, why not? Ive spent a significant slice of my life checking out diets and methods to lose those pounds yet still my dress size didn’t go down and I continued to struggle like all my mates. The Gigantic secret I learned had nothing to do with what to eat, how much to eat and all the stuff that drives us nutty about losing pounds and diets. First Diane, thats my friend, ordered me to look back when we were younger. Food and eating wasnt a giant focus in our lives. We ate when we were hungry or when mom told us it was time to eat and the rest of the time we played, went to school and simply lived our lives. Give it some thought for a second. She announced she had learned that to lose weight without dieting she had to switch her mind-set and not be thinking about food and her weight all the time. Simpler said than done, I revealed. How am I going to not think about my butt every time I got dressed or looked in a mirror and stop brooding about what to eat to get back my shape? Thats when she gave me the present which has helped me like I know it can help anyone else. And after I did it I was surprised by how my approach changed, the way that I thought about my day, myself and how and what to eat. And the best part is I now lose weight without calorie counting.

No sorcery, no tablets, no struggle. All i can say is Thank heavens and Diane for sharing this with me. And now I’m sharing it with you. I’m hoping you at least give yourself the opportunity to look at this and shed pounds without diet once and for all. We were not born to diet. We were born to live healthy and be cheerful.
